We're grilling at my grandpa's house when G wakes up from his nap. Nothing big, but I don't like for my grandpa to spend the "holidays" alone.

Going to a children's theme park. Pretty excited! It's a tiny local thing, but you can only go in if you have a kid with you, so for the 8 years we've lived here, I've been wanting to go.

Chillin' at home. I need to go work in my classroom this afternoon. DH is working this morning (ah, the leisurely life of the small business owner) and golfing this afternoon (okay, it's not all backbreaking labor.) I think he's planning to watch DD in between so I can do school work.

I may take DD to the pool this evening.

We are having rain storms. It is ugly. We are hanging out at home, and baking. We have done chocolate chip, brownie fudge cookies. I am about to make fudge and possibly a carrot cake.
