I used everything I used before getting pregnant. I just make sure to limit exposure if I use something with lots of fumes, as well as open the windows.
Although I'm a horrible housekeeper and might give more thought to this if I spent more time in contact with those products!

I use Mrs Meyers and Method brands as well as vinegar.
Clarification: I use these all the time, not just while pregnant. They are generally "greener" than other cleaners. I still use bleach for the toilets though - I just use gloves and try not to inhale.
My mom made her own. I think she used vinegar, a little bit of isopropyl alchohol, a drop or two of dish soap and water. Pinterest has a ton of DIY cleaners.
