Does anyone have any solutions to get rid of a headache? I've had this pounding headache for days now. It slows down after I eat but comes right back. I've tried taking Tylenol but it doesn't seem to help. I know it's probably just hormones but I want to know if there's a fix!

I will be the annoying one here, but I just suck it up when I have headaches now. I've always had migraines since I was a kid, and I was on daily medication to control it before we started trying for this baby. We're talking migraines so bad that the light was burning my eyeballs, smells and sounds would make me throw up and even the touch of my pillow and my blanket would hurt me.
Luckily, I don't have migraines anymore since I'm pregnant, thanks to hormones. I still get headaches from time to time, they last usually between 1 and 3 days. When I have one, I just try to nap more often, make sure I have regular snacks and sometimes put ice on my forehead. I’m just happy they’re not migraines anymore, which means I can still do stuff while I’m in pain, I’m not stuck in bed! Lol I just try to change my plans for the day when I have a headache so I’m not working on my thesis or paying bills but I’m folding clothes or sweeping the floor instead.
