yogurt

my daughter is now 9 months and my pediatrician said i can now give her yogurt up to 2 oz.  This is a stupid question but how many TBSP is 2 oz

    4 tablespoons.  We do whole milk plain with pureed fruit.

    To be honest that's a weird thing for him to say. I've never heard of a limit so specific on foods. I'd just give her some and see how she likes it :)

    I agree that is kind of unusual to give  a specific amount on foods.  For DS, I buy 6oz containers of plain full fat yogurt, and he finishes it in 3 days, so he ends up getting 2oz a day.

    You give him 2oz of yogurt and that's what my pedi recommends

    We give our daughter plain whole yogurt from Trader Joes and add fresh fruit to it. Simple, cheap, and easy to adjust the serving size.

    I agree with PP that it's weird that there is a set limit for yogurt.  I don't measure out hardly anything for my LO except pumped DM and limiting WCM.  I mix full-fat Greek yogurt with no-added sugar applesauce (or peach sauce) or fresh fruit.  My LO loves it!
