I don't know if this has ever been mentioned before, but I ran across this website last night. They retouch photos of babies born sleeping, completely for free. The website did say they ask that only babies born at 33 weeks gestation or more be submitted. My daughter was born at 22 weeks, but I figured the worst they could do it say no we can't do it, so I submitted her pic. I did this really late last night, and it was finished tonight. It's beautiful! Her face had a lot of bruising and they were able to clean it all up and she looks so peaceful, like she really is just sleeping. We had always planned to tell future children about their sister, but it never dawned on me before that it would be difficult to show them her pictures due to the bruising, but this is definitely a picture we can share with future children. If anyone would like to see her before and after, I'll be posting them on my blog shortly (link is in siggy). I just wanted to share this website because I am so amazed at the beautiful job they did.
