Well.... how did we do this week? Did you make healthy food choices? Were you active? 

Hopefully this wasn't you this week. For lots of reasons. Ha ;)

  • I had a decent week. Ate out more than I should have, but ran twice and biked once. 

    Food: 7
    Exercise: 8

  • Not too terrible...I was better about eating healthy than about exercising. I only made it to the gym once, but I've continued to choose stairs over elevator, which is a victory :)
  • I'm on vacation, so that's my excuse. I did just go for a 3 mile run though. And have taken DD out for walks every day. It's really just the eating that was vacation.

  • I was spotting so my midwife told me to stop working out until she clears me, but I have continues to eat as close to pre-pregnancy as possible, I was mainly vegetarian before, and I have had meat once a week, but still making healthy choices. Eager to work out again. Nausea has saved me from pigging out on treats, I simply don't want them.
  • I've been eating about as healthy as possible with all these crazy cravings, I have to admit I did get take out like every other day for at least one meal. ): 
    As for exercise I go on walks for about an hour in the morning and an hour at night plus all that goes hand in hand with taking care of a 6 person household.

  • I have been eating out more than I should for lunch. nothing sounds good so when something does I jump on it. Taco bell has been a downfall this week.

    No comment on moving my body around.. But I intend to try and at least walk with the kids this weekend.

  • Eating was not so great this week, too many carbs, not enough protein & veg. All I wanted was mac & cheese. Heading to the grocery store tonight with a serious list. I've been having trouble grocery shopping, nothing is appealing, so I end up with practically nothing in my cart. I will have better meal planning this week like I did before the BFP. I also go back to school this week and I always have an easier time making good food choices when I am back on my regular schedule. Workouts were the same, I also think I am adding back one of my Zumba classes that I had dropped over the summer.

  • I ate pretty healthy and loved the two pieces of peach pie that my MIL brought over the other day. I worked out everyday but today and felt pretty good all week (still so very tired but otherwise good).
  • Am I the only one that ate terribly this week? Lol I'm hooked on chips and salsa, pretzels, maple oatmeal, and eggo waffles with syrup! As for exercise.. I've been slacking on my yoga lately.

  • My eating isn't great, carbs are my friend when I'm nauseous, and I am currently eating Panera for dinner. Oops! Worked out about 4 times. I need to think up some new things to eat since the stuff I used to just isn't appealing right now.

  • I ate pretty well, walked every day and did a prenatal workout video that someone gave me. It was pretty rigorous! The morning sickness makes it hard, though, because regularly eating starchy good seems like the only thing that relieves the nausea!
  • Ate pretty well, though splurged on yummy bread with toppings and two virgin mojitos at happy hour today (mmm....blackberry virgin mojito was amazing!). 

    Otherwise, kept to my lower carb, high protein, fat and veggie eating. I do need to do better with lunches, though. I was so hungry at dinners that I ate the food I was supposed to keep for lunch the next day, so two days lunch was fruit with almond butter. Good, but probably not the most ideal choice. We'll have to budget for bigger dinners this week :)

    To be honest, I'm scared of being active until I get a good bill of health from the doctor. I know it's dumb, but after trying for 13 months, I don't want anything to go wrong. I am going to try to go to yoga tomorrow, though!

  • Zeros on all accounts! I ate out for 2 meals on Wednesday, the have been out of town since Thursday, so I ate out 2x on Friday, then had catered meals with the wedding party I was in for 3 meals yesterday. I only worked out twice..ugh no wonder my bridesmaid dress kept me from breathing.
