    Haha. Pregnancy #4 is our last then DH is getting snipped. We have 3 boys so DH would love a girl, but girls make me nervous because our nieces are brats.

    We have one girl and I would love to have a boy, if that's in the cards for me! Our family has a TON of girls...so it'd be a nice change.

    How many do you have now? One Do you plan on any more? If so how many? How far apart? We want just one more and somewhere between 2-5 years apart Are you hoping for a specific Sex? I'd want a girl because there is none in my family. DS is the 5th grandson with zero granddaughters on my side and first and only grandchild (for the moment) for DH's family but at the end of the day it doesn't matter. Disclaimer: I know it does not matter. All that matters is a healthy and living LO and I mean no disrespect for those who have trouble TTC and holding babies to term. Etc.. Are you undecided ?     Are you hoping for a specific Sex?  Not really.  I didn't want to have 2 girls, so I really was hoping LO #1 was a boy.  I'd be happy either way, because if we have a girl I'd have one of each, but would be happy with 2 little boys

    - it truly does not matter to me. I'm sure my H would love a boy. But he has 4 sisters and really has doubts on if he can even conceive boys ;)

    - I guess in a way we are undecided. I'm not sure if I will still feel like I want another one in a couple years. And if I can convince my H to have another. Then there is the situation with my SIL who does not know if she is able to have children after many medical problems and meds she is on..we told her I would be a gestational carrier for her if she was not able to. So if that were to happen we would not have another..

    We have one child right now.

    I would like at least 3 kids, but I think DH will want to stop at 2.

    We will probably start TTC when LO is around 2 years old.

    We are indifferent when it comes to girls/boys. Just want a baby, that's all! It would be fun to be team green next time (we found out with this LO) but DH will always want to find out.

    We are definitely not TTC right now!

    I think so. If you ask my H, he'd say, "I know so." So that's part of it. We're no spring chickens, we're drowing in our (my) student loan debt, and as my husband says, "we already have a daughter. Her name is Sallie Mae." Honestly? I just don't think we can afford it. I know if you "wait 'til you can afford it, you don't have kids," and I get that, too, which is kind of why we didn't wait any longer for one. And, we live far from our families, so don't have a huge support network here. I'm more okay with it than I thought I'd be, though ask me again in a couple years and I may feel differently. And so might DH. We'll see.

    I think in the next 2-3 years, we'll know without any uncertainty if we are done.

    @AllisonO78 I hear you on the student loan thing. DH has loans too, but mine are substantially more. Our monthly loan payment is the only thing stopping me from being a SAHM, and that kills me because that is truly all I have ever wanted to do. I'd like to go back in time and kick my own college kid ass.

    I hear you both on the student loans. Mine aren't huge but it's still a pretty good payment every month. And I want to go back to school to continue my career also. I never wanted to be what I am now, long term. I've always wanted to go on... So there's that !

    I would like one more, I think.  Sometimes I think I do, sometimes I don't! My husband is pretty much the same way.  So it is not ruled out.  I am very, very indecisive over it! Sometimes I get sad to think that Tommy was my last pregnancy and last baby.

    If we have another, I think I will hope for a girl since I have two boys.   I wanted a girl the first time around, but the second time around I wanted another boy.  I think I will probably be that mom with all boys and I am ok with that.

    If we do decide it would probably be in about 2 years or so.  I would be about 35.

    Yes. I've always said 3, maybe 4. DH has always said 2, maybe 3. So I guess 3 is our number! But unfortunately it depends on finances. I would like 2 to 3 years apart.

    I would love a little girl next time. If I had one of each I really would have no preference about any others we have. But honestly like you said it doesn't matter as long as they're healthy.

    We both really want at least 2. If there is a 3rd or 4th will largely depend on finances and I think after each one we will check in with each other to see how we are feeling about a total number. I'd really like to be done by 35.

    Nope! Earliest we will start is August 2014. Maybe another May baby is in my future? :)

    How many do you have now? Just one! Do you plan on any more? If so how many? How far apart? We'd like more. At least 2. I had a very rocky end of pregnancy and underlying problems, and we are not cleared to try. I get evaluated again in November and we'll see what they say. Are you one and done? If so what is your reasoning ( if you feel like sharing ) we could be if its too risky. My BP is being controlled by 7 pills per day - my pre-e is still here...but by definition pre-e goes away eventually. The docs are starting to think this is my new normal, which is not a good place to be to try again. Are you hoping for a specific Sex? We have a boy now. I'd love to experience one of each, but something tells me if we have more we will end up with all boys. Fine by me! Are you undecided ? If so did you give yourself a timeframe in which you will make a decision? Are you pregnant or TTC right now?! Nope, not even a little bit. Hope everyone has a great holiday weekend!

    2-3 more. 2-3 years apart. My brother is 4 years older than me and didn't have a relationship til we were in our 20s and that is not what I want for our children.

    No.  DD and DS are just over 3.5 years apart.  I think it's a good age gap (so far).

    We have one child right now. 

    I would like 3 kids, but I think DH will want to stop at 2.

    one more. More if I could. I want them ASAP. We conceived through Ivf so we will be iVF again. We're just waiting for our referral to the fertility centre. Sadly the doctor thinks we will have to pay privately this time as we are no longer entitled to our remaining two cycles because we have a little girl now.

    Not really, I'd be over the moon with either. I couldn't choose either way.

    we have a frozen embryo ready for implantation so as we get our referral date we will start TTC.

    S was it for us and we agreed to that going in. DH had a vasectomy when I was 6 weeks pp. he had a son from a previous relationship and we didn't think it was financially smart to have more. And we would have needed a bigger house which neither of us wanted.

    We have three now. I'd say we are done...because DH and I are old as dirt to be having kids. @linegirl313 - we were the Walsh family and then this new LO came into the picture....but we love her so. If by some crazy chance I were to have another, I'd want a boy so my son could have a brother. Egg quality at my age is terrible...so we feel so blessed that LO is healthy!

    Are you hoping for a specific Sex?  DH keeps saying the next one will be a girl.  Honestly I'm ok if I'm an all boy mom :) but a little girl would be nice too :) (there are a lot of boys in both of our families a little girl would definitely shake things up a bit haha)

    We have one right now
    We haven't settled on a specific number but we both come from a family with 4 kids so we think at least 4 but that may change.
    We would like two close in age and then a gap then more.
    We are currently not preventing but not really trying yet since I haven't gotten my period yet.

No we do not, BUT if I was younger (I am 41) I would have one more.  I have thoroughly enjoyed my little man.  I enjoy my daughter as well but for some reason I am much calmer, enjoying every moment with him this time around.  Not sure if it is because my husband and I have been married for 13 years verses only 2 years when our daughter was born, or if it is the fact I am older.

    This is our first and we want one more, hopefully having them 2 years apart. We're thrilled she's a girl but DH wants a boy next. Regardless we are both 2 and thru!

    Not TTC yet. I figured I would get through the first year and then decide if I wanted a second, but LO has been easier than I expected. I (facetiously) think she takes it easy on me because she wants a sibling. We're planning to move to a new city closer to family next year, so we'll get through that before trying to time LO2.

    Em is our second, and we're done now. Our big kid just turned 5. Done because we only wanted two and couldn't comfortably afford another one, anyway. Childcare would make it cost-prohibitive.

    Between the both of us 4. He has a 10yo DD, I have a 7yo DS and we have our 2 DS's

    Do you plan on any more? If so how many? How far apart? 
    We are done. Having James and Alexander so close together(11 months) was not in the plans but we have the amount of children we had talked about having. He keeps saying I will change my mind in a few years because I really want a girl of my own but I am done being pregnant. Plus right now we can't afford another one.

    When I was pregnant with Alexander I was hoping for a girl but as long as the baby was healthy was what I cared about. I have had a m/c and we actually had a scare at the beginning of Alexanders pregnancy where we thought we were going to m/c.

    At this point last year I was only 10 weeks pp from having James and my SO kept telling me I was pregnant. I kept telling him no but lo and behold only 2 weeks later I took a test and it was positive. (got pregnant at 8 weeks pp) We are NOT TTC. I got the mirena placed at 6 weeks pp and will keep that until I go through the change.

    We have 2.  A 20 month old girl and 3 month old boy.

    I really wanted 4 but the idea of 2 more pregnancies sounds horrible.  We will probably have one more though.  I want to wait until DS is at least 12 months old this time.  Last time we werent using any protection and actively trying but never in a million years did I think it would happen so easily or quickly after doing IF treatments to conceive our first child.  I am scared to death of getting pregnant right now.  We still havent had sex because I am so scared.  Abstinence is the only 100% effective BC right

    We have 2 handsome little boys. Our oldest just turned 3 and our baby is 4 months.

    We are done having babies, and I got my tubes tied to ensure it. I would have loved to have another, hoping for a little girl at some point, but my SO put his foot down. After this last pregnancy, I am happy I agreed to being 2 and done.

    Are you one and done? If so what is your reasoning ( if you feel like sharing )

    Are you hoping for a specific Sex?
    Disclaimer: I know it does not matter. All that matters is a healthy and living LO and I mean no disrespect for those who have trouble TTC and holding babies to term. Etc.. I would have loved a little girl, but I'm happy with my boys.

    Are you undecided ? If so did you give yourself a timeframe in which you will make a decision? We're pretty certain that we're stopping at 3, though we haven't taken any permanent measures yet.
