Baby's Arm Position

Hi all - I am popping over from July 2013 because after a month of breastfeeding using primarily a cradle hold I am noticing that LOs arm always seems to be stuck under his body on whatever side he is eating on. Can this have longtime impact and do I need to be more diligent about switching position or is this just a fact of life when bteastfeeding?

DD's arm is sometimes under her, and sometimes wrapped around my side, but either way, she seems comfortable. I wouldn't worry, he probably just has nowhere else to put it.
