I planned to pick up the Tangled blu ray combo pack for our son and give it to him at the hospital so that he could watch it with my parents while I was in the hospital. I didn't get a chance to because I ended up delivering three days before my scheduled c-section date, which was also the movie's release date. We got it for him after we got home from the hospital and he was totally fine with that.

Pinterest has been my go to for this topic exactly only mine is for my son who will be almost 4. But what about a custom locket from something like Origami Owl? Something to represent her and the new siblings together that she can keep forever? You can tell her the babies helped to create it just for her. I think I saw a pair of angel wings there you can put in with all their birth stones and she can now be the big sister, their little guardian angel to help take care of the newest addition. Give her some ownership of the situation so she doesn't feel overshadowed by the new babies and at the same time has a connection to them? Im not sure its just a thought but something she could keep for a long time would be nice to go along with like a new toy or something. Make it a special moment giving it to her as you introduce her to the babies.

When we had DS, we gave DD a "big sister" book that we read several (hundred) times before he arrived. When he got here, we got DD a doll house w/ people/dolls who represented each member of our family.
in addition to the typical I'm the Big Sister T shirt, I bought a small backpack with her name monogrammed on it and had different books, coloring books, bubbles, and a new Barbie-type doll. The backpack was an incentive that she was now a big girl and no longer needed a diaper bag. She was a little older than 3 when they were born.
