We are visiting DH's family in his hometown. I've got a bridal shower to attend Saturday. We were going to take FIL's new boat out on the lake on Sunday, but I think the weather will be bad this weekend. What a bummer! I at least hope to do some clothes shopping since things are getting snug around the belly.
Absolutely NOTHING... and I am loving it. We will probably end up doing some yard work- and since I have just agreed to host my twin club's Holiday party- I will start thinking of the new Christmas décor that I will need- or make since I have time. My DH took Tuesday off- it is the boys' first day at preschool- it is an open house day. So after that we are going to take the Metra a couple of stops get off and have lunch and take it back- so the boys' first ride on a train.... they will be so excited!
We don't really have any plans yet except for having lunch at my sisters place on Monday. Shes a teacher and goes back to work on Tues and wants to spend some time with the boys before then. We've spent a lot of time together this summer and shes sad she won't be seeing the boys as often now that schools started.
Date night tonight. My SIL asked to have DD. we jumped at that chance.
Saturday cleaning house
Sunday picnic and cook out
Monday at the county fair.
My non busy weekend got busy, but most of it fun family stuff.
Lol @missmuffin87 that was me last year! Fingers crossed baby makes their debut soon!! I'm working all weekend long but hooray for holiday pay I guess. DH has a laundry list of "honey-do" items to prep for J's 1st birthday party.
Hopefully just catching up on some yardwork and little things around the house. My dad (who lives about 2.5 hours away) might come up for the day on Sunday to see the boys.
We want to take a family bike ride and test out our big bike trailer thing with both boys in it at the same time. Luckily DH will be doing all the pulling of 50+ pounds of kids, LOL!
We might try to hit up the train museum or zoo or something like that too.
Nothing!! DH is working. I need to clean the house. Same old. On Monday I'm going to a rally to improve birth though. On labor day! I think it's a national thing.
Headed to CA first thing in the morning for some more beach time my oldest is learning how to boogie board so we're trying to go more often (we live in Phoenix).

Our only set plans are to go to my mom's BBQ on Sunday. Catching up on a little sleep would be nice. And if hell freezes over, MH will do some house stuff that needs to get done!
I'm in the process of rearranging and redecorating the house. We had the three boys sharing a room and the older kids had a playroom upstairs and the baby had a gated play area on the main floor. We decided to move DS1 into his own room. So, I moved the playroom to the main floor and basement and finished DS1's room today. The next few days, I have a lot of deep cleaning, organizing, and redecorating for the rest of the house.
Apparently we are going to Chuck E Cheese's tomorrow. We told J that if he went to bed without a fight, or without crying, then we would take him. He went to bed and just talked to himself until he fell asleep. It was wonderful.
Sunday is football! We are going to the U of L/ OU game. It is supposed to be hot and muggy, but beer and football makes up for the weather.
And sometime this weekend we need to start packing. We close on our new house in a few weeks and we haven't packed anything yet.
Just hanging out. H is finally wrapping up his project so he's actually home this weekend which is awesome. Tomorrow is our 6th anniversary so we got a babysitter and are heading downtown to the restaurant where we had our rehearsal dinner
We camped last night (in a tent) and came home to scrub the grime off this am. DH is golfing and I'm cleaning. We have a picnic this afternoon and then Monday is a getting ready for the week day.
