  I get cramping like that if I'm on the go too much and overdoing it. Usually once I rest up with water I feel better. If your doctor isn't worried, sounds like its just normal tugging and pulling of pregnancy!

  I heard some uterine cramping an be caused from not enough water. So, try upping your water intake? Hope everything turns out ok!

  Yes happening with me too! I'm also 7 weeks 1 day. Went to my first doc appt this morning and we had a quick u/s and baby looks great with a strong heartbeat so I don't think it's anything to worry about unless you start spotting/bleeding.

  Still having cramping throughout the day but its very mild. Then twice a day ill get a cramp that is not intense and lasts for quite a few minutes, and then feel good again.
  Could this be round ligament pain?
