  A cool mist humidifier, Vicks baby rub on chest and bottom of feet (with socks on), and of course as other PP stated saline spray.

  I steam up te bathroom before her bath and put the Johnson and Johnson mint/eucalyptus bath wash in to help her decongest before bed.
