MIL vent

I'm due to be induced in 13 days, my mother in law is suppose to be here and in the delivery room with us. Today she said her cousin bought her a ticket to Dominican Republic, where she is from, and she is leaving tomorrow. He also said she doesn't know when she will be back. I'm upset cause I really wanted her to be here. She was also suppose to stay for a week after and help with the other two children. Which is fine I still have help, it's just upsetting. I'm just venting because I know my husband is upset about it and I don't want to show him how upset I am. I just wish she would have waited to go. :( disappointed vent

    He should talk to her to share his feelings. Maybe she will be back before baby?? Why the sudden in change in plans, if not?

    She's had a lot going on lately I understand why she's going, I'm just disappointed. And I want my husband to be positive about it because we can't change the situation. I just needed to vent.
