Back pain is no joke

Anyone else having back pain? I'm not even 6 weeks along yet and this back pain is worse than the last days of my pregnancy with DS. I can stretch it out but it comes right back.

    Yep! I'm just past 8 weeks and my lower back hurts so bad sometimes it feels numb. I was thinking of using an icy hot patch... Think those are safe?

    Just check to make sure Icy Hot doesn't contain aspirin. Some of those patches do. If you have a tub, I highly reccomend epsom salts. Reeeeally helpful. I think they are safe.

    My doctor told me that my back pain is due to my right ovary being so big bc it's producing so many hormones. She said that it should go away in a few weeks once the ovary gets smaller.

    Omg the back pain is SO bad! It's been my most consistent symptom and just awful first thing in the morning. I'm going to look into those icy hot patches - good idea!

    heat pad, tylenol, chiropractor, massage, yoga, lots of water.

    Omg!! I thought it was just me. My back was killing me last night. Luckily my DB was there to give me a good back massage. What causes that??

    I have this too! I am almost 7 weeks. I busted out the hot pad last night, it seemed to help. I googled and it seems safe to use a hot pad.

    Glad I am not the only one! My back is constantly killing me! Sleeping is a joke with like 4 pillows now! I can't imagine how bad it is going to be at 7 & 8 months :((

    I have a history of low back problems and always figured it would play a role in my pregnancy. I've had some minor issues with it. I am looking into prenatal yoga to hopefully stave off any major back issues as my pregnancy progresses. Back pain sucks! Hope you find some relief very soon.
