My seasonal allergies are killing me this year, and I need some relief! I have an 11.5 month old who is nursing 4 times a day. I would rather not have to stop bf because of allergies. Are there any OTC meds I can take? Benadryl is not an option for me.

Also, if itchy eyes are more your issue than congestion, my pedi OK'd anti-allergy eye drops (like Opcon-A) if needed.

Thanks everyone, hopefully the Zyrtec helps otherwise I'll try the allegra. Claritin does nothing for me.
