Took a bad fall

Tripped and went SPLAT face forward on a marble corridor at work. Blew out my knee, twisted my wrist, broke my toenails... and worst of all destroyed my ipad. :-(

I've been looking online and everything says that the baby should be fine and not to worry unless there's spotting, so I'm trying not to stress about it.  Anyone have similar experiences in the past?

But my ipad.... !!! Now that made me cry. :-(

My husband is getting me gelato to make me feel better.....

    Oh goodness! That sounds like something I would do. I tend to trip over my own feet fairly often. I'm hoping everything is ok with your and your bean!

    Poor thing!!! Take care of yourself (ps: with my DS I got hit by a car in the first trimester while crossing the street! Everything was ok, just a huge scare)

    I slipped on a wet spot at the PO when I was pregnant with DD and fell pretty hard. I was near the end of my 2nd Tri and had some BH contractions but all was fine! At this stage, the baby is so tiny and well-insulated, you should be fine! Ice whatever hurts and I'm so sorry about your iPad!

    Oh man, that's rough. Baby is more than likely fine, but RIP iPad. Hope your gelato makes you feel a little better.

    When I was 17 weeks with DD I fell down concrete stairs head first in a hurricane. DD was fine the dr assured me he wasn't even worried because they're so well protected. Especially when they're so tiny like now. If you're worried though call the dr. No need for mama to stress ;)

    I took a spill at work Thursday I was just about 6 weeks, I tripped over a stool and landed on my knees. Keep positive! I'm sure the baby's just fine think of it like this .. The baby's in a big water ballon, safe and sound :-)
