I agree with @LuckyDad, I don't like IPAs unless I use them for cooking. I tend to drink lagers especially if they are Koelsch in style ( it helps that I was in that region for 10 weeks three years ago). I can drink US beers but I tend to agree with the Europeans especially the Germans that we doctor our beers too much to give them longer shelf lives. The worse that I have ever had was a high octane porter that had a shelf life of 2 years.
Used to really dig the ultra-hoppy IPAs but lately they're like Liquid Plumr in me, so I've been avoiding. Always like a good Belgian beer, occasionally like a "fucking hipster" sour, and there's nothing wrong with a good Saison/Farmhouse ale.

Occasionally I will have a Miller Lite or a Woodchuck.
