I am about to be off to my 2nd OB appt! I am 13 weeks and next Friday will be my last check-in here.  Does anyone want to take over?

QOTW: I am not good about exercise but I decided to take action yesterday and make a change.  I have been eating so much if I don't start doing at least something I fear I will turn into one of those people that never loses the baby weight.  I have never really needed exercise and am one of those skinny girls everyone hates lol.  That is about to change though :)  I went on a fast walk around the park last night for 45 minutes! Worked up a sweat and everything.  I am going to do this everyday if I can because I really have been feeling lazy.  I felt great after my walk and am looking forward to going again this evening!
I start a prenatal yoga class tomorrow

Yay, I made it to the 1st trimester check-in! I graduated from the RE yesterday. I had my 3rd u/s and the baby was bigger and the hb was up to 157. So I will see my OB next Friday at 9 weeks. I've been very lucky and haven't had any ms or fatigue yet.

QOTD: I didn't have an exercise routine before and I don't have one now. The most I've thought about it is, hmm I should walk more.

U/s was today and we saw a perfect heartbeat of 124 bpm. Confirmed just one bean and a revised edd of 4/17:). We are over the moon!

QOTW: exercise?! Bahahaha. God bless you mamas for finding the energy and making it a priority. All I can manage is work.eat.sleep.repeat. Maybe 2nd tri for me, though it wasn't a habit pre-pregnancy, so we'll see. I used to swim and thought about getting back into that.

Also, I read a recent webmd article that validated my laziness. It concluded that if you are pregnant and active throughout the day it's actually better than being sedentary and then devoting separate time to working out. I'm a second grade teacher, so I'm literally on my feet all day long. I am completely wiped by the time 3pm rolls around!

8 week ultrasound showed good growth and heart rates of 168 & 179. Yay!!! EDD is 4/11/13. Qotd: Exercise is out of the question. I'm too tired. I'm hoping to walk more in the coming weeks if it eases up. I am a dance teacher and classes start up next week. I hope I can make it through a 2 hour class! I think I will not be demonstrating much but even standing for that long sounds exhausting. :/

I had my first US yesterday at 5w,4d. We confirmed one little guy in there and RE could see the fetal pole. We go back in two more weeks for another US and hope to see a heartbeat by then.

Exercise has been non existent since I was training for a 5k and started cramping after the IUI too much. Then I got some mild OHSS and was told to take it easy until that eased up. I'm finally feeling better and am going for a couple mile walk in a bit to get back in the groove.

I am 9w2d today! Had u/s at 9wks and baby was moving like crazy! I only have one more u/s at my RE for 10wks then I am released.. I think I will def be sad! Lol! I will def miss my weekly u/s!!
Qotw- I was told not to excersise bc I have a large cyst on my right ovary. It is normal to have them until placenta takes over 100% so they told me not working out bc they don't want anything happening to that cyst...and I am honestly glad bc I stay tired lol

I'm 13w tomorrow and we plan to not keep the pregnancy a secret from friends and extended family any longer - meaning that our parents will be so happy they can finally tell whomever they want
    :)

I was so tired and nauseous throughout the whole first tri that exercise was really tough.  I tried to go for walks with DH at least 3 times a week and was pretty successful.  The m/s seems to have lifted as of 2 days ago (hope I didn't just jinx myself!) so I plan to increase the number of days I walk and get back to the gym soon.  My OB said I can lift weights up to 5 lbs, which I will try since I feel super flabby these days.  Carbs helped the nausea but definitely made me feel squishy!

I'm 11 weeks today. Our first MFM appointment is this week, along with our NT scan. So excited and anxious to see our beans again and make sure they're ok. My one and only U/S so far was over 3 weeks ago. We'll probably fully announce after that, and tell DS. We've been having to tell people as we see them the last few weeks because I am not hiding anything!
QOTD: I have not been doing anything for exercise! I'm so exhausted, all I want to do is sit or lay down! Plus, with 3 beans, I read in one book that I shouldn't really do much more than short walks or very light swimming. Wasn't hard to convince me! I'll be confirming those restrictions with my perinatologist and OBGYN when I finally meet them!

We had the NT scan on Thursday which went well (just waiting on bloodwork as well as Panorama results). It's amazing how much the baby has grown since our last ultrasound at almost 9 weeks.

I had just gotten back to walking a couple of miles every day before BFP. I've been too sick/exhausted to do much of anything. I hope to change that in the coming weeks though.

I had an ultrasound earlier this week (9w6d) and got to see my little gummy bear! It finally started looking like a baby (rather than a worm) and had a strong heartbeat of 170! I am planning on announcing to the extended family this week for Rosh Hashanah (Jewish New Year). I figure it's a perfect opportunity to start the New Year off with something sweet!

QOTD: My work is very demanding as far as running around all day. I work in a hotel so I am constantly going up and down stairs, moving tables and chairs, etc... Not a lot of sitting at the desk! I figure for now, that's enough of a workout. Sometimes I'll go for a walk with DH for 20 minutes or so, but not much more beyond that.

    **TTC since April 2010**
DH diagnosed with moderate MFI, low everything, me low AMH
3 IUI's and 1 IVF all BFN's, almost gave up hope
June 2013- One last IUI for the heck of it... BFP! Complete shock!
April 2014- Eliana- In Hebrew means The Lord has Answered! Welcome to the world my miracle baby!

September 2016- Surprise BFP without medical assistance! New Baby due June 2017!
