NBR:Air Circulation

So this relates to my baby actually. It is almost 11p.m. And she is still up because it is so hot and humid in our house. We have fans going, but it feels like nothing is cooling it down.

My question is: is it better to have the windows open with the fans going to circulate more air or better to close them so I am not letting in the hot/ humid air?
I am exhausted because I didn't sleep well last night, had a super long day and am now super stressed about LO not sleepjng. To top it off, she only falls asleep when swaddled, but it is so jug!

    I left the open. It sounds like a dumb question to me now that I have had a whole 1.5 hours of sleep. ;) it is so frustrating not being able to do anything to help DD. according to the thermometer, the room hasn't cooled down at all! But she is asleep and all is well.
