CD3 Bloodwork- what's normal?

Hi ladies,
So I got my bloodwork done yesterday morning and only two of my labs came back (FSH and Estradol).... apparently they had to send my AMH to Utah?!?! They said with the holiday it could take 10 days to get back... that's just great seeing as my doc needs that number so he knows the proper amount of each med to give me. Did anyone else have it take a few (or more) days to get all the labs back?

Also, what are the normal ranges for these numbers? The RN said my numbers were normal, but different docs consider different numbers normal (which I find odd).

TTC since April 2012

    Yep, AMH usually takes at least a week in my experience.

    ETA: Different labs use different levels, but here is a chart:

    I'm up in northern BC, Canada, and they couldn't even do my AMH, it would have involved getting in dry ice to ship my blood to California or some such crazy as there's no where around here that does it, so I didn't even get it done.

    I got my CD 3 blood work on CD 8 when I had my HSG done. I had no idea it would take long, they just told me that is when I'd be told the results.

    Mine came back in a week. I'm not sure what "normal" is but my estrogen was 23 which the dr was fine with and my AMH was elevated at 6.86
