I am on pelvic rest due to an SCH. I didn't ask the specifics but I do know it includes no sex. I looked up if there were, ahem, other ways we could be intimate without penetration (and I don't mean cuddling), and I came across info that said orgasms are not allowed. I had a dream the other night that was in no way sexual but ended with me having an orgasm. I freaked out! Everything seemed fine and, um, it was a nice dream.
Just wanted to share my tmi weirdness.

I guess they say no orgasms because of the contracting muscles but honestly, I think it's ok if it happens one time. I wouldn't worry about it.

Sleepgasms happen, and there's not much you can do to prevent them. I would not worry about that, since it's obviously our of your control.

I had them two nights in a row! Followed by HORRIBLE cramps for like half an hour which I hear is normal.

Woke me up and I had to get in the shower to make the cramps subside. Weird and awful!
