AW: We sold our condo.

In 2 days. Holy shit. I can't believe it. It didn't even go on the market and we got full asking price. Now we have to either buy in two years or less to avoid capital gains or rent. ETA: buy, not by.

    @mnkate We've been looking at houses, there aren't a ton out there right now in our price range. We'll keep looking and rent for Oct 1 if we can't find a house before that. Our biggest issue was selling our loft condo. It was small. So if we can even rent a 2 bedroom in the meantime, it'll be worth it!

    Yeah, we decided to rent a 3 bedroom in the city until H finishes law school in a year and a half. We can't agree on houses anyway ;)
