Monthly Siggy Challenge

The other boards I've been on like to have a competition every month to see who can come up with the funniest, cutest, or truest gif or pip that goes along with the monthly topic. We vote on the topic first, and at the end of the month we vote for the Bumpie with the best pip/gif in their siggy.
