No bleeding just lots of cramping, pretty much 24/7. I just had a scan yesterday and everything was fine but I'm worried about all this cramping. I didn't experience this with my last pregnancy...is it normal to have this much cramping?
I think it depends on how severe it is. One thing about pregnancy is almost anything can be normal! If you're worried call your hcp. That's what they're there for!
Mama to a little girl born July 2011 and a little boy born April 2014!
I'm glad to see these responses. I'm having the same thing, this is the 3rd day I've been having cramps and that pulled muscle feeling, even my lower back hurts some. It isn't terrible just uncomfortable and I don't remember this with DD. My appointment isn't until next Thursday so I'm just trying to wait.
I have had cramps fir a few weeks now my doctor said its normal it is because of the uterous expanding I don't remember cramps with my first. I tell my dr every visit which I have had 3 so far and he is not concerned so I am trying not to worry even though its hard.
I'm experiencing a bit more cramping this time around (2nd). Also more pulls and twists and weird sensations like things are really stretching already. Sounds like its normal!?

I had really bad cramps in my previous pregnancy, and she was perfectly normal and healthy, as was the pregnancy (the loss at 5 months was completely unrelated to pregnancy complications - I'd been suffering from an anaphylactic reaction for 3 days). My cramping at that time was from severe constipation. It is normal to have cramping, particularly if you're constipated or have excess gas. If your cramping is accompanied by lower back pain, you could have a UTI. Always best to check with your doctor. I hope you'll be feeling better soon!!

Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry about your late loss. What brought on the anaphylactic reaction?
