@donniesgrrl - (hopefully I did that right) you are so right!! My aunt makes an awesome margarita pie. Tastes like a margarita with a pretzel crust. Sooo good. Now I have another craving! Haha
I have to go out twice this weekend - Friday and Saturday night - and I'm already whining up a storm about having to hang out with drunkies all night sober. I had to drive my best friend home from her after bridal shower party at 1 am last week and I wish I had recorded the silly conversation she was so adamant about - it's going to be a long two nights!
I miss wine. I especially miss wine when my in-laws are in town.
And I know I am going to miss my beer while I'm sitting at my bar, watching my football team, with pitchers of beer surrounding me. We also get "shots" when our team scores (they're like froo-froo shots so we don't all get wasted), so that's gonna suck - getting a cranberry juice 'shot'.
And going to the brew-fest in October Boooooo on being the DD.
Also, that raspberry non-alcoholic beer looks very tasty. That may have just become my weekend mission.

I soooooo wish I could go wine tasting this fall. There are some really great wine trails not too far from me. Honestly, I might go just for fun and be the sober driver. Also, I miss this: https://shop.roundbarnwinery.com/Wine/Dessert-Wines/DiVine-Black-Walnut-Creme-p144.html It is ah-MAZING. I have two cold bottles in my fridge that I wont be touching for another 7 months if you girls like creamy liquors like Baily's, I highly recommend this stuff...after we have our LO's of course!
Also, having an ice cold beer on the porch or the beach sounds divine right now. ohhh well.
I do love Hoegaarden and have seen the regular one at Whole Foods. If I wasn't headed for a baseball game right after work, Whole Foods would be my first stop!
I did have a sad moment when a good friend stopped by a few weeks ago (before we had told many people I was pregnant) to thank DH and me for helping him with something and he handed me a gorgeous bottle of Tanqueray because he knew it was my favorite.
Siiiiigh. A bubbly gin and tonic with a large chunk of lime, sipped through a tiny straw. Mmmmmm

ohhh i miss wine. My mom said she was going to try and fine non alcoholic wine for me for her labor day party, ha. But I'm not getting my hopes up re. taste.

Pretty much all of this. I miss beer the most during football season, especially since Octoberfest is my favorite!
During the day I don't think I miss beer and cider but then I drink in my dreams, so there must be some part of me that is missing it. It must be the fall weather that is bringing it on - football and beer define the season!

Me too. I do pretty well during the week but now that Friday is here (and a long holiday weekend at that) I'd love a tall frosty beer right about now. Oh well. Six months to go. But who's counting?!

I'm totally missing beer, wine, liquor. I have had a few virgin drinks and I'll put cranberry juice in a wine glass. Try to still have a relaxing drink even if it doesn't give me a buzz.

One beer or one glass of wine occasionally won't harm your baby. That being said I choose not to, but even when I'm not pregnant I don't drink a lot.
