Have they had more than one SA done? My husband's first one showed they were all dead and crappy but that was when he did it at home then brought it in, then he did another one at the hospital and they were the complete opposite and really good. The first time we were heartbroken, it is really crappy and feel bad for anyone going through it. Especially since they can't do much for men. I would just suggest another one if they haven't already and if they have I will keep them in my prayers. Fertility problems really suck and it isn't fair at all!
MH had low motility and low morph. Nothing they can do for morph but his motility improved with vitamins.
From what I understand testosterone replacement decreases sperm count and shouldn't be done until after they are done having kids. Clomid and FSH injections can be used to increase sperm counts.

Usually testosterone has the opposite effect on sperm, so if it is their family practice MD prescribing it I would get a second opinion from a urologist that specializes in infertility.
2nd...a lot of times when there is ZERO sperm, it can be a blockage/occlusion. If the sperm count is really low, that is "usually" worse than zero, because if there are some sperm, it usually means there isn't a blockage, does that make sense? This should also be checked by a urologist that specializes in MFI (usually the RE will refer your DH to them when they see that).
