Survey - What level on your pump?

What level do you use on  your pump? List your brand, level, and top level.

Medela - level 2 of 8 (and I can't fathom how the upper levels are possible!)

    I used the Medela Symphony for 9 months and used it on the highest setting.. I recently returned that one(it was a hospital rental) I now use the PISA and still use it on the highest

    I have a Medela Symphony and PISA. I use lower/mid settings on both, but it varies depending on the state of my boobs :)
    Natural m/c Oct. 2005

    Dx: balanced translocation and LPD

    TTC since Oct 2011

    BPF 02/19/12, EDD 10/31/12, natural m/c 02/28/12 (4w6d)

    IVF (BCPs starting 10/30/12, ER 11/18/12, 5dt of 1 beautiful, healthy embryo 11/23/12)
    BFP 12/02/12, u/s @ 6w,5d showed 2 HBs! Identical twins!!
    Bed rest from 21w-35w due to short cervix, hospital bed rest from 23w-32w due to PTL
    Our rainbows were born 07/19/13 (36w, 5d)

    I have the Medela Symphony, and I start with the 4 "drops" level (and go with the "bars" level that comes with it), and after 10 minutes or so, go back to the stimulation setting on 5 "drops." I rarely go higher than that.
    TTC Since 11/10 due to Unexplained IF 
    4 Rounds of Clomid, 2 Rounds of Femara + IUI, 2 rounds of IUI+ Injectables (Bravelle + Menopur) = First BFP! TWIN GIRLS!

    November 2, 2012 - Claire (2lbs 8.9oz) and Paige (2lbs 10oz) arrive at 29w3d due to PTL and pPROM at 28w5d

    I just looked up the Medela Symphony on Amazon after reading that all three of you use it - and it's listed at $1,577.98 - please tell me that is a mistake!?

    The symphony is a hospital grade pump that is usually the pump of choice for rentals. I can't imagine people own it unless they get it used!! I used it with DS, I would be interested to know of it is better than the PISA, I am debating buying versus renting this time around.
