Leftovers

How many days do you/would you (or let LO) eat off of refrigerated leftovers?  I would go two days.  DH thinks anything past a day is gross.

    To me, 2 days is fine unless it's something really perishable.

    I work in food services and left overs are good for 2 days before we have to toss.

    However I hate left overs and think its gross and I don't eat it.

    Thanks everyone!  I know people have different opinions on leftovers - my brother won't eat them at all either.  As the person who does the cooking in the house, I try to maximize my efforts without (obviously) getting everyone sick from eating food gone bad!

    This. Sometimes I'll cook up an extra chicken breast and leave it in the fridge a few days til I or LO want it.
