Middle name help for Leo.

We are having a second son this Christmas, and are loving the name Leo. Our first born is Samuel Grey (Sam).

We are having a difficult time coming up with middle names that we like and agree on. So far we have:

Leo Rhodes
Leo Atticus

Our last name is one syllable and starts with an S. At first I was unsure about Leo as a stand alone name, and have considered using Leonard (pronounced like Leonard Cohen). However, the more I say Leonard, the more I'm unsure about using it.

Any inspiration or ideas you could pass our way would be greatly appreciated!

I prefer Leo Rhodes ( I think Leo is a perfectly fine stand alone name!)

I think Leo is fine as a stand alone name!  Mn is a tough choice between the two that you put, I'm leaning towards Leo Atticus, because I LOVE Atticus, but I think Rhodes flows better with Leo.  Tough choice!

I'm leaning towards Leo Rhodes because it translates to "A lion, where the roses grow". Which the nerd in me really likes...

    Gosh, I like them both!

Atticus is totallyyy one of my favorite names ever, but I think with Samuel Grey, Leo Rhodes sounds a tiny bit nicer. Whatever you choose will be wonderful!

I think Leo is a fine standalone name, I just wouldn't use it myself. If you're interested, here are some other full names. Some are NMS but again, wouldn't judge someone else using them. They're pretty neat names. I would consider using Lennon NN Leo.

I was going to say Atticus because I love literary names, but I fully agree with this quoted poster. Awesome meaning!
