pinkish mucus after BM(tmi)

I have been on colace and miralax for 2 weeks now it don't seem to help. Every time I have to go I strain a little and pinkish clear mucus comes out my frontside . Any one else is this normal?

    I'm no expert, but this happened to me a few times when I was having bm issues. Never materialized into anything major.

    Maybe because you r straining it tenses the vaginal muscles as well and irritates the cervix? Or it could be some roids in your bum bleeding a little? But I am not a medical professional so take that for what its worth!

    I just had that and had two spots of light pink/red blood. It freaked me out but I am chalking it up to pushing too hard lol.
