The Sweet and Sour Chicken was just ok. It was easy enough to make and I served it over leftover steamed white rice that I heated up with some peas and soy sauce. IMO the sauce didn't have quite enough flavor and there wasn't enough of it. But I did keep munching on it when I was cleaning up the kitchen, so I'm keeping it on my list of "recipes I may possibly make again".
I would, but I like a lot of sauce. DS and I ate some leftovers for lunch today and it was better than last night. So I guess it gets better as it sits!
