My ass is killing me from this desk chair. Having a desk job was so appealing after spending 15 years working on my feet 8+hours a day. Now, I just have a literal pain in my ass.

I hope I am not alone in this( not that I wish it upon anyone). To those on your feet all day, I feel for you.

May not work in your office but can you bring in your labor ball (exercise ball) to sit on at work? It is a lifesaver.

I would love to but it's not allowed

I have a pillow I sit on but after a couple of hours, it just doesn't cut it.

My chair gets that way too. I'm lucky enough to have a work provided exercise ball to use :-)

My lower back is what hurts me sitting all day long. I try to get up and move every 10-15 minutes and that seems to help a little.

I do 12 hour shifts sitting at a desk. So I absolutely understand the pain you are talking about. We also aren't allowed exercise balls. Only 2 months of work left! I am counting down the days.
