Need ideas for a twin annoucement!

So this is our last pregnancy so I'm trying to come up with a fun way to announce our twins via Facebook. We're military so we have a lot of good friends scattered all over the country so our Facebook announcement is important to me. I can't wait for all of our friends to know our news! We were thinking about doing something like this but haven't had anyone to take our picture. Any creative/funny people have an idea or two? TIA!

I love that picture maybe you can set it on a chair or something and set the timer? :S

Ha! I like the posting twice idea. It's funny!

@HKline922 I want to do this but I haven't had time to get a friend over to take the pictures for us. I wish I had a tripod!

I like the idea of posting an initial "we're pregnant" post, and then a few days later, something to announce it's twins. I like the pickles and ice cream idea - basically have a cute like, martini glass type of thing with a big vanilla scoop and a pickle "garnish". You could say something like "New addition to the "blank" family coming in March". Then the next day you could post a picture of you holding two servings of it and the caption could say something like "My cravings are double, we're expecting twins".

I'm also having twins an announcing on FB in a week. Here are some ideas I found:

I made an announcement card/photo that had 3 photos. One of my husband and I on our first date, our wedding photo and the sono photo showing both sacs. Under each photo was a caption saying "first comes love" "then comes marriage" "then come TWO babies in a baby carriage." everyone loved it:)

picture of us and under it it said. (Husbands Name) and (My name) are happy as can be, but come October Baby make 3.

i like the pictures, we might do that actually, except im not sure if we still have our pee sticks... I wasn't planning on announcing to facebook, but I understand why you would want to with friends scattered all around.

When we announce I think we might find one of the "Bump ahead" signs in the neighborhood and I will hold a sign that says "2" and DH will hold an "s" for the end of "bump".
