I've always been able to take an hour lunch but because of recent permanent staffing changes at work, I'll only get 30 minute lunches from here on out. That being said, I would always either go out to lunch or run home and eat. However, now that I only have 30 minutes I'm going to have to eat at work the majority of the time. I don't mind frozen meals but the ones I always used to eat (stouffer's) have a really high sodium content. I'd like to eat ones that are a little healthier but that also don't taste like cardboard! What are some of your favorite?
