Oh my goodness. After being on my feet for 13 hours I feel so drained! My legs feel heavy. Once I get home I'm ready to kick my feet up. I don't think it's a bad idea to wear teds! How are your holding up with work?
Luckily I only do 8s but that means I basically live here, or it feels that way! But I can't imagine being on my feet for 13, 8 is hard enough, all I want to do is sleep!! Teds sound like a pretty good idea right about now!!
You know, I have been having achier legs than usual, I've been chalking it up to just being really busy at work (it has been bad). I do have a pair of compression socks somewhere, I should probably dig them out soon, LOL.

My legs haven't been achier (yet) but working 13 hour days has been torture for me so far. First of all, barfing in between patient assessments has been super fun. And I've been too nauseous for coffee, so around 3 pm-ish I feel like my eyes are literally fluttering shut themselves. I work on a heavy orthopedic unit, where most of our patient's can't do much on their own, so constantly asking for help from people (just to put our 300 pounders on the bedpan) has been hard on me. I feel like I'm being annoying! lol
I'm not alone!!! Yesterday my shins were killing me and by 3pm I couldn't sit without closing my eyes. Lol. I'm trying to stay Away from coffee. I'm picking up some compression stockings today
