This is totally not an important baby topic but I love that new whipped PB from Jif. It's just so damn expensive. Does anyone know if you can whip your own peanut butter and does anyone know how?
I do. I have a kitchen aid. I thought I could just put my whisk attachment on and do it like butter but wasn't sure if PB would whip the same way and get all fluffy like butter. Think it will? I wanna add some cinnamon and honey too. Yummy!

It will! I've had homemade "nutter butter" cookies that are basically peanut butter cookies and have whipped peanut butter (I think they add a little confectioners sugar) as their filling.
ETA: and now I want one!

Re: Whipped Peanut Butter
No really.... it's that easy, unless you do it by hand that is. Do you have an electric mixer?
