Itchy skin

Has anyone experienced constant itchy skin? My legs have been itching like crazy - way more since I've entered my second trimester. It's starting to get old. I use lotion everyday, but that doesn't seem to help much. Does anyone have a solution to itchy skin?

    Yes... Same boat... Just lotion. I haven't figured anything else out.

    This is one of the worst symptoms for me this pregnancy. Sometimes it gets so bad it feels like my skin is crawling.

    Yea.. in strange places random times. Top of thigh, rib/back usuallly around 4 am. :|

    I'm get itchy here and there, but the worst is I'm often itchy on the nipples. I'll be scratching while sitting on the couch next to DH and he's like "what's wrong with you?" And I'm still scratching away cause they itch so bad. Been using Weleda pregnancy oil, helps a tiny bit but I think the itchiness is from increased blood flow.

    I had the same thing with DD. Lotion didn't help. Ob prescribed meds those didn't help. I would scratch so hard in my sleep I would make myself bleed. The only relief I found was using a hair dryer on the itchy parts. Sounds weird but worked!
