metoclopropamide for nausea?

I know I keep harping on this but I'm still fighting all day nausea and its getting the best of me. I don't want to take zofran bc of the constipation and diclectin does not seem to be working well for me. Anyone have any experience with the above medication? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you!!

Re: metoclopropamide for nausea?

  • Metoclopramide is a pro-motility agent. Meaning it makes your digestive tract work better. I have seen it used for nausea, but it seems to me like it would be most helpful if the nausea is caused by a slow-moving digestive tract. Hope that helps.
