Normal or a concern?

I've had some issues with spotting and i had a m/c so I'm fairly paranoid. I have also forgotten a lot since my pregnancy with DD.

I was unloading groceries out of the cart today and felt some pain/soreness in the middle of my stomach. I also felt it while cutting the grass today (I'm done doing that!). I'm familiar with rlp and this felt different. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm 13 wks 4 days!

    I've been getting cramps since this is my longest pregnancy (round ligament pain) my doc said as long as it subsides and is t accompanied by blood, not to worry. Always feel free to drop your paranoia on your doc or nurses...I wouldn't survive without my panic calls to the nurses line (only 2 so far!)

    I recently felt a stabbing pain that was pretty intense and scared me. I posted about it and the ladies assured me it was rlp. I guess rlp varies in intensity. I would be more considered if the pain was constant and accompanied by blood. But I agree with missfunball, call your OB or the nurse line if you're concerned. They're used to ALL sorts of questions!

    Thanks. I'll try to relax and just hope that I don't have any more spotting. I know my body is different this time around so I guess I should expect some things to feel different as well.
