Does anyone have these car seats? Just wondering how you like them, and how much space there is after putting 2 in the back seat? I have an Acura MDX. Thanks!

Re: Chicco Nextfit
We have them. We have a Honda CRV and there is enough room in the backseat for a (smaller) person to sit between them - my mom or my sister could both sit there, but not my dad (6', 250lbs).
Pros: They are nicer-looking, IMO, than any of the other options. They are modern and sleek, the fabric is really nice, the babies don't overheat in them. They are deep - the sides come up high on the bottom and at the back, which makes the babies seem very secure - I call them "space pods" and I am not kidding when I say I think the kid could be thrown from the car and come out just fine in these things. Very easy to install and very easy to adjust.
Cons: Due to the high/deep sides, it's kind of a pain to lift the babies into them - much more so than with the Chicco Keyfits. At some point they'll be able to climb into them, but right now it feels like I have to lift them high and slip them in between the seat and the ceiling. Awkward. The straps take some getting used to. They are a lot thicker/stiffer than the Keyfit straps, which is fine once you get used to them and how to tighten them correctly. But I would not want to use these seats on a tiny baby (with the infant insert) due to the straps - I just don't see how it would work and be secure enough. So if you're considering it for a newborn (they fit 5-65 pounds), go with something else.
I would buy them again - once I figured out the strap issue, I've been very happy with them. We got ours at Babys R Us with the twin discount (10% off second identical large item).
