Ideas for announcing baby #2

We live out of town from all of our family. They are all coming up this Saturday for our sons first birthday. I would love a cute way to announce baby #2 towards the end of the party so that I don't overshadow quinton's birthday. I also have a big family so this is the perfect time to tell everyone at the same time. Any ideas would be much appreciated!!

    I made this shirt for like $10. You could have him put it on near the end of the party!

    We did this tshirt. You could do something similar and put #1 in it towards the end of the party.
