Breastfriend pillow, boppy or husband pillow after c-section

I have a boppy from my first son and the lactation consultant at the hospital said it was pointless so i barely used it until he was bigger. I'm have a repeat csection next week so I was wondering which is better. I had a husband pillow which worked ok after I came home. I breastfed my son for 16 months and plan to do the same this time. I was wondering what everyone else thinks

I love my Brest friend pillow. I really use the boppy now for teaching DS to sit up!

I really loved MBF for the first many months. The best part Is that I can strap it on me first, then pick up DS and lay him on it. I also like the flat surface - feels more stable.

I used regular pillows folded and propped under my arms early on, mostly because early on I tended to recline more while nursing because it was more comfortable, then the boppy once I started to heal more.

I use MBF and love it. There were some times the first few weeks after my c-section that it would push on my stomach in a way that hurt a bit, but I could always adjust to get comfortable.

I liked the MBF pillow until baby was around 3-4 months, then switched to the boppy. It was nice to keep her off my scar until I had more core strength.
