OW! Electric shock!

Okay - so this morning i went to turn on the oven and somehow it shocked me - went right up my arm and down my side and stopped at my hip! Has anyone ever had this happen!? I called the doc - didn't seem overly concerned. Thoughts - anyone?

    I wondered the same...

    Odds are as long as you didn't sustain burns or other visible trauma to your person then you should be fine. Truthfully, I'd worry more about getting the stove fixed and/or an electrician out to examine your oven/wiring.

    That kind of thing can start a house fire if it continues at random.
