I has the dumb. Please help!

Sooo I finally had my first appointment today at the OB. Obviously, one of the first questions she asked me was when was my last periods. I told her June 15th. She then proceeded to look on her phone (apparently to calculate the due date) and she told me : ok, so you're 8 weeks pregnant and your EDD is April 4th!

Ok, I'm no doctor, but I can use Google, and after I found out I was pregnant, I went on like three different calculators online to find my EDD, which was always March 22th. I asked the OB if she was calcutating the weeks since my last periods, and she said yes, then looked at me like a was a super moron when I told her I was absolutely sure I was 10 weeks pregnant.

Now, I'm not too worried about the EDD, but it kind of bummed me that she thinks I'm two weeks earlier than I think I am because of the prenatal tests I have to do between specific weeks. I'm scared I'll miss the window if I go too late! she didn't plan a dating ultrasound neither.

What do you think of this? Am I so dumb I cannot even use an online calculator, or should I express a little bit more my disagreement to the OB?

    Yeah baby center is telling me you're 10 weeks. I'd press the issue with them.

    Based on your monthly cycles being 28 days, you are right, march 22 What were regular cycles?
    Yep. I have ridiculously regular 28 days cycles...

    I just had my appt. My last period was 6/26 and I am due March 30th so your Dr. is definitely off! 

    Me: 33 DH: 32 SA#1 low count (6mil) SA#2- now in IUI range!(30mil) Dx:MFI
    11/1- IUI#1,12/1- IUI#2, 1/2- IUI#3 all BFFN
    IVF#1. Long Lupron.ER 3/8 10R,4M,5F. ET 3/3-one 1AB, 2 frosties 5dp5dt-BFP!! Beta 3/25-794 Beta 3/27- 1794

    Yep, she must have fat fingered the date.  When my doctor used her little wheel thing (which I wouldn't have asked her my due date if I knew she was going to use that because I know I ovulated a week late) she said October 12th.  Ha, I wish, I'll take a healthy 4 month pregnancy.

    Definitely ask her to re-calculate, if you plan to have the NT scan, considering you 2 weeks off could mess with the timing of that.

    My LMP and due date with DS were 4 weeks off from my calculations but I also had an irregular period after going off BC. I hope you get it figured out soon. That's frustrating!

    Yeah, your doc must be having a bad brain day. Happens to the best of us I guess....

    Thanks ladies! I knew I was right!

    I just called the OB office and the nurse spoke to the doctor : she admitted she had been wrong and changed the date on my file and on the resquests she sent to the hospital for my NT test.

    She said though that there's a risk I'll be too late anyway now to do the test, because I saw her only at 10 weeks and there's a long waiting list at the hospital for the test.

    Grrrrrr!!!! I love that we get such cheap and/or free health services in Québec, but damn the waiting time to see a doctor or pass a test are just plan ridiculous!!  8-|

    At least now my date is right...
