Popped stitches :(

I just have to complain for a moment. Went into the dr today to have my stitched checked for infection since I was red around my episiotomy, good news no infection, bad news is I popped some of my stitches. Ob just wants me to heal without the stitches now which means a lot of extra scarring (and in OB's words, wont look the prettiest either.) I just want my lady bits to heal so I can sit down without being in pain, sigh.

To add, I told my fiancé that he will have to deal with a not so pretty scar and he comes back with the comment, "Those things (lady bits) aren't this prettiest anyways.".... Me: "rolls eyes in response.... Men.  At least he finds some humor in the whole healing process

    I'm sorry that some of the stiches popped : (  The healing process is so uncomfortable, I hope you feel better very soon!

    That sucks, and I hope you punched your FI in his ugly crotch for that comment.

    Because a dude's junk is oh so pretty... sorry to hear though, that sounds pretty painful. I hope you can get some relief!

    And to add to my lovely horror story of healing, OB said that if it doesn't heal "right" we can always fix it.. not exactly sure what that means but I imagine it has something to do with snippingvand restitching. And no I haven't had a chance to get back at him for his comment yet
