New "favorite" symptom

So some days I'm still battling nausea and vomiting. But on good days when I escape their evil clutches, I'm extremely dizzy.

Anyone else having new symptoms show up as old ones disappear?

Dizzyness is what causes my nausea. It was actually my first symptom.

I started getting dizzy yesterday! I had to take minute before getting off the couch cause I felt so wobbly. Same thing this morning getting out of bed.

I literally have to lay down every time I get out of the shower! No wonder I'm always late for work lol oh wait, that's been a problem my whole life

I hear you about dizziness especially after showers!! My newest symptom is heartburn! This is my 3rd baby and with the first two I didn't get it until the last few weeks.. I'm only 11 wks.. It just can't start this early! I'll surely die!!

My joints have started hurting especially my wrist! And my knees hurt when I go up and down the stairs.

I've been getting headaches pretty frequently now. The other day it was so bad I spent all day in bed with a pillow over my head. I do also get dizzy if I get out of bed too fast, which I usually do when I get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. I usually end up holding onto the wall.
