First Ultrasound and Due Date Change

I had my first ultrasound today. We got to see our little bean and everything looks good. I was supposed to be 8 weeks today, but the bean was measuring 7w to 7w3d depending on how things were positioned. I told the doc that my cycles have been consistently 30-33 days long. I was charting for the first time the month we conceived and I'm fairly certain I ovulated on day 18 or 19. This goes along with my slightly longer cycles. (My data was a little iffy because I was sick at the time with strep throat.) All this being said, he updated my due date to April 13th instead of April 9th. My daughter came 4 days late so we'll see what happens with this one!

We plan to tell our family this weekend! We bought a "Big Sister" t-shirt for our DD to wear in front of the grandparents. We'll see how long it takes them to figure it out!
