I lost 109lbs from 2011 - 2012, so I'm very used to drinking upwards of 120oz a day, lol. I haven't even noticed any extra pee, because I'm used to going so often. I hopefully have very healthy kidneys, lol.
My tricks are: Mio, crystal light packets, lemon water, lime water, cucumber water and strawberry water. Or just regular water. ![]()
