  Any department store should have some. I got mine at Macy's years back.

  I prefer the full slip as well.  I have one from JcPenny's and one from Walmart.

  Don't know what size you are, but JcPenney, Macy's, Target or lane Bryant if you're bigger, all have slips. Maybe even motherhood, but I imagine a non pregnancy one would work just fine if it was the right length.

  I just got a regular full slip from Kohls. It has a little stretch so it fits well and is comfy!

  BFP #1: January 2012, MMC/BO February 2012; BFP #2: June 2012, MMC July 2012; BFP #3: February 2013

  I got mine from Ross. It was like a skirt, though. I got it to prevent seeing my undies/goods while in light colored maxi dresses. Super cheap and works great!

  Thank you for asking this, I have had a hard time finding a slip and I like pp's suggestion of a full slip.
