Help with sleeping

LO started STTN at 2 months and it was great and I just thought she was awesome like that , but then about the time I went back to work, 9 weeks PP, she stopped and now gets up anywhere from 2 to 4 times a night. I've heard that babies are creatures of habbit so now I'm worried that I'm doomed, and I'm sure my husband will agree I can be a bitch when I don't get enough sleep. So my question is do I let her just work it out herself and she will eventually return to STTN? Or should I be doing something to help the process. I am not a fan of CIO. She will be 4 months on Friday. I think her gas is what wakes her up but I can only get her back to sleep by nursing her, I feel like she might get to used to getting the boob in the middle of the night . Help please and Tia

  • Have you read up on any sleep training techniques? Perhaps reading the No Cry Sleep Solution may help.

BTW waking up 2 times a night is not bad. My LO started STTN for maybe 4 days, then at 4 months she started waking up again. Most nights she wakes up twice because she's hungry, and I feed her. I'm hopeful that eventually she'll grow out of it.
